Who may use ReadyTales

ReadyTales is intended for parents, guardians, and other adults. Children should use ReadyTales only with adult supervision.

You are responsible for the information you enter, the stories you create, and how generated content is used with a child.

AI-generated stories and narration

ReadyTales uses artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI models, to help generate story text, story plans, prompts, and related creative content.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, repetitive, or similar to content generated for other users. Review all content before reading it to a child or sharing it.

ReadyTales is not medical, legal, educational, psychological, or parenting advice. Do not rely on generated content as a substitute for professional guidance.

AI-generated images

ReadyTales may use AI image generation to create character portraits and story illustrations.

ReadyTales does not claim ownership of AI-generated images. As between you and ReadyTales, we do not own the images generated for your stories or characters.

AI-generated images may not be unique, and we cannot guarantee exclusivity, copyrightability, or that an image will not resemble people, characters, works, brands, or images owned by others. You are responsible for how you use or share generated images.

Your content and permissions

You retain responsibility for names, traits, prompts, photos, descriptions, and other materials you provide to ReadyTales.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your inputs and to use generated outputs as you choose.

You grant ReadyTales permission to process your inputs and generated outputs to operate the app, provide support, maintain safety and security, and improve the service where permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.

Credits and purchases

ReadyTales may use credits for story generation, character creation, AI assists, artwork refreshes, and narration features.

Credit prices, included features, and availability may change. The app should show the credit cost before a paid action is completed.

Purchases are subject to the applicable app store, payment processor, and platform rules.

Acceptable use

Do not use ReadyTales to create or share unlawful, abusive, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, or unsafe content.

Do not upload or enter sensitive personal information unless it is needed for the story and you have permission to provide it.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or interfere with ReadyTales or its providers.

Availability and changes

ReadyTales may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Generated content may be unavailable if a provider, network, or storage service is unavailable.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ReadyTales after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

ReadyTales is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadyTales will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or generated content.
