Privacy
Signed-in parents can permanently delete their account in the app from Parent account > Delete account. You can also submit a deletion request if you cannot sign in.

Please avoid unnecessary child details in email.
Include the email address tied to the parent account and a concise description of the issue. Do not include sensitive child information unless it is necessary for the request.
